The mission should always be bigger than you. My mission empowers men and women throughout the world to tap into The Power of Belief so that their lives will transform through faith, finances, and personal growth. As a result, their families' lives will transform too.

I believe that power comes from something greater than ourselves, and faith has always been the foundation underneath everything I've built. That same belief in purpose, in calling, in a plan bigger than any one of us  is woven into everything we do here.

So many people we meet carry self-doubt. They've been told what they can't do more than what they can. But we've found that when you truly believe in people, they start to believe in themselves. They don't just look for a job they look for a place to call home, where people genuinely care about them, believe in them, and are committed to helping them reach their own vision, not just ours. That's what we've built.

The POWERHOUSE mission is to grow our organization through personal development, mentorship, and team building. We are revolutionizing the life insurance industry. We believe every family should be protected, every agent should have a real path to ownership and leadership, and every person who joins us should walk away better than they came.
